Bio cheese in olive oil “Krepka južina” 150g
Bio “Krepka južina” is a soft white cheese made from organic, pasteurised and non-homogenised Slovenian milk. It is formed when milk is curdled with the help of cultures. After ripening, we cut the cheese into pieces of the desired size. The cheese is then matured in brine for at least 14 to 21 days. After ripening, organic olive oil, basil and garlic are added to the cheese.
It contains at least 40% dry matter, at least 50% milk fat in dry matter.
