Kefir Krepki suhec with 3.2% milk fat is made from pasteurised, graded and non-homogenised Slovenian milk. Kefir Krepki suhec is produced the traditional way, with kefir grains, which is a speciality of the Krepko Dairy. Thus, during the fermentation process, natural CO2, lactic acid, ethanol and other minor components are formed that enhance the taste of kefir produced in the traditional way.
